Coming up this Sunday on Art Matters Radio:

Sharon talks to Kimbell Art Museum director Eric Lee about the museum's fortieth anniversary and an update on the new Renzo Piano-designed pavillion.

Also Quin and Sharon look back at 24 years of Art Matters with some of the devlopments over the years in opera, from Dallas Opera co-founder Nicola Recigno to Darren Woods and the creation of the FW Opera Festival. Also included is Metropolitan Opera general manager Peter Gelb and his vision to take opera to movie theaters and composer Jake Heggie who is composing his second opera for Dallas.

Plus we begin the countdown to Art Matters' 25th year on the air!  Starting this Sunday, we will broadcast excerpts of Art Matters from the last 24 years. On this show, three musicians: Jaap van Zweden, Van Cliburn and Emanuel Borok.
